Episode 75 - Building a community that connect with Geraldine Pomato
One of the things that we miss the most when we are living in another country is the sense of belonging to something, the sense of community that we lost when we move from our home country and this is what Geraldine Pomato felt when she moved abroad. Looking for a way to build a community around her she created Wikimujeres an incredible online community that today has presence in 37 countries around the world. Allowing women to get together in a community fill with sonority and support.
Geraldine is a mompreneur that geeks out on creation of communities and online media while firmly believing in applying empathy to digital ecosystems that can ensure great ideas become greater, while changing the world at the same time.
In this episode we talked about what it takes to build a sustainable community within a ecosystems that support different cultures, believe and opinions always connecting, creating and collaborating together.
