Welcome to 2022—New beginnings, new opportunities, and adventures.
It is no secret to anyone that uncertainty has taken over our lives since 2020. We had to adapt ourselves to a new way of living, new worries, and all that has added to the challenges and problems of daily life in the world we used to know.
Last year, my life seemed like an amusement park, with all ups and downs like a roller coaster. For this reason, I decided to take control and make things more bearable.
In today's episode, I want to share five things that changed my life and my way of living. I went from living in chronic stress to turning my inner peace into my most appreciated value.
EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS
It all started due to the necessity to provide my oldest son with healthier food. Therefore, we decided to change the whole family's diet. The benefits we obtained in terms of mood and energy, was impressive and very pleasant.
2021 was a year where my physical and mental health was affected by an unknown factor.
I spent months feeling that something was wrong with me, and I did not understand what was happening.
Functional medicine hit the nail on the head, and I could understand that chronic stress was affecting my health.
In the past episodes, you may have heard about my plans to move to Germany. However, for my family and everything we were going through with the children, the school, etc. I had to make a decision that could jeopardize my position at work. Luckily, everything went well, and now remote work rules.
It does not matter if you are a mother, father, businessman, or the busiest person in the world; you need to take a break for the sake of yourself and the people around you.
Sometimes we have to take a moment and get to know ourselves again.
Last year, I learned a lot about myself and discovered that inner peace became my most appreciated value.
