Relationships are not easy. Two people have two different minds, but when the attitudes of one of those involved constantly affect the other, it can be considered a toxic relationship.

Toxic relationships exist not only with couples but also in the family, at work, and even with friends.


A toxic relationship makes you feel sick, empty, and depressed. Staying in one can seriously affect us psychologically. That's why it's so important to get away on time.


In this episode with Lara D'Aurelio, we will be talking about the warning signs of a toxic relationship and how to have healthier relationships.

To have a healthy relationship with others, we must have a healthy relationship with ourselves first. We cannot give what we do not have.
